This annual celebration in November recognises animal technicians for their essential contribution as members of the research team that are responsible for providing compassionate attention to the animals in their care.
On Friday, 21st November 2025, Australian BioResources staff, together with colleagues from the University of Wollongong and WIMR, celebrated ANZLAA Tech Week.
The event was hosted at the Australian Wildlife Sanctuary, located at the gateway to the Southern Highlands of NSW. The sanctuary is a registered charity and home to rescued, non-releasable, and threatened native wildlife. It offers unique educational experiences and is dedicated to conservation, working tirelessly to protect the future of Australia’s native species.
ABR would like to acknowledge ANZLAA and its corporate partners — Specialty Feeds, Jet Pets, Corn-cob-ology and ComPath, for their generous sponsorship and support of this event.
