Submitting samples electronically
Our services are provided through our Sample Submission Portal. Visit the portal to create a new account, log into an existing account or find out more about submitting samples and accessing results. Please go to the login page to create an account and submit samples electronically.
Submitting samples physically
Please follow our sample submission guidelines (access via the portal) and use our online sample submission portal to submit your samples and send samples via Australia mail or courier to:

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is dependent on sample type and process. Listed are general indicators of turnaround time.
- normal (1 to 3 working days, standard price)
- urgent (48h standard price +100% surcharge)
- very urgent (24h standard price +200% surcharge)
